Who is responsible

Cuchillo Amarillo, S.A. de C.V., Federal Taxpayer Registry CAM200915MC2, with address at Calle Toltecas 133 Ote, Col. Las Bugambilias, C.P. 37270, León, Guanajuato, México, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through xtylum.com.

XTylum is a project of AAB Records, a brand operated by that same company. For anything related to your data, write to info@aabrecords.com.

What we collect

From the waitlist form: your email address and the language you use the site in.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset data, through this site.

Traffic measurement and anti-spam verification also collect technical browsing data — IP address, device type and pages viewed — as explained below.

What we use them for

Sole purpose: notify you when XTylum's first release goes live and send you the project updates you asked for when signing up.

We do not use your email for any other purpose. You may opt out at any time by writing to the contact address.

Who we share them with

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We share it only with the providers that make the service possible: the site's hosting provider, our own commercial management system where the list is kept, the traffic measurement tool and the form's anti-spam verification service. Each processes the data on our behalf and only for that purpose.

Your ARCO rights

You may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection regarding your data, as well as revoke your consent or limit its use, by writing to info@aabrecords.com from the email address you signed up with.

Tell us which right you want to exercise and which data it concerns. We answer within 20 business days at the latest.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, Mexico's data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. That tool sets browser cookies recording pages viewed, traffic source and technical device data.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; that service processes technical browser data and your IP address for that sole purpose.

You can disable cookies from your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fine without them.
